Eligibility for Replacement

2. The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories.

3. A replacement is only possible if the product is unused, sealed, and proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.


Conditions for Replacement

1. Returns or replacements are not accepted for change of mind, or if the product has been used, opened, or tampered with.

2. Clear photo or video proof of the defect/damage must be sent to our WhatsApp support team.


How to Request a Replacement

1. Contact our Customer Support Team within the 7-day replacement window.

2. Share the details of the issue along with clear photos/videos of the product and its packaging.

3. Our team will review the case and guide you through the return process. A replacement or refund (as applicable) will be arranged accordingly.


Replacement / Refund Processing

Once the video proof of product is inspected and approved, we will process your replacement or refund within 7 business days.
